Cancellations, Returns + Exchanges
- The policies in this section apply only to merchandise purchased using this Website. We are unable to accept exchanges, returns or price adjustments for merchandise bought in any retail stores or on other websites.
- Cancellations: You can cancel an order by 3pm EST on the date you placed the order which will void the transaction completely. If you choose to cancel on a subsequent day, your credit card will be refunded the amount of the item(s) purchased. The refund may take up to 5-10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.
- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange it in unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
- To start a return on an item you ordered:
- Find the email confirmation for your order that was sent to the email address associated with your account.
- Forward that email to email@example.com listing the products you wish to return/exchange and reasons for return/exchange.
- If you can’t find your order confirmation email, please send a message/request to firstname.lastname@example.org listing the order number which can be found on the packing list that was included in your order.
- Within 1-2 business days you will receive an e-mail informing you of whether your return request has been approved. Approved returns will include shipping label (in pdf format) and shipping instructions. Please double check your spam mailbox if email has not been received within time stated.
- Repackage the items in the original box, insert any paperwork that was included with your purchase, attach the label we sent you and mail the item back to us.
- Your refund will be processed and credited to your account once we receive the returned items (unworn, unused and with original tags attached).
- You have 7 days after the receipt of your label to ship your merchandise back to Aurum Mod.
Important: If you need to return multiple orders, please pack the items individually and include paperwork for each order.
